Guide to Bathroom Pricing

“How much does a remodel cost?” is a question we’re often asked. Here’s a pricing guide to help you make important decisions. Our pricing guide assumes a complete gut and remodel, and includes labor, materials, flooring, countertops, and fixtures. Appliances are NOT included.

Basic TierStarting at $30K

Includes builder grade basic fixtures and cabinets. All walls and fixtures remain in the same spot. Countertops include cultured marble and onyx.

Standard TierStarting at $40K

Includes upgraded plumbing fixtures and cabinet upgrades such as full overlay doors, full extension, and soft-close doors. Countertops may be entry-level quartz or granite with a decorative backsplash.

Premium TierStarting at $55K

Includes high-end countertops, cabinetry, custom shower, Euro glass, etc. May include natural stone tile on shower walls and floor. May include significant wall modifications or moving of fixtures.
