Listen to what you like and don’t like about your current home; your goals, needs, and desires.
Discuss how our process helps to make your project a simple and enjoyable experience.
Discuss your desired budget and investment comfort zone.
If you’re not sure what you’re desired budget should be, visit our “How Much?” page for a rough estimate of what typical remodels in our area cost.
Review and discuss the next steps in our process
Request pictures, rough drawings or dimensions of the areas emailed to us to assist in giving budget ranges for the project.
Once pictures are received, a second phone call is scheduled to present budget ranges and discuss the Professional Services Agreement (PSA), if applicable. During this call, if the budget is acceptable, we will schedule an onsite visit to present the PSA and view the project area.
Review final specifications, materials selected, pricing and preliminary schedule.
Review final floor plans and any other necessary views.
Once the design is finalized, selections are made, a fixed price proposal with a detailed scope of work will be written and we will review the proposal we’ve created especially for you, based on your design and anticipated PSA budget. As a practice, we do not itemize our bids.
Once the proposal and contract is agreed upon and signed, a down payment is received to secure the project in our production schedule
Our Lifetime Warranty Promise starts – At your Post Project Meeting, we will present you with our Warranty Promise. If there is a problem with our workmanship – whether it is 5 months or 5 years after the job is completed – we will be there to take care of it, for as long as you own your home.
We will walk you through the operation of your new fixtures and appliances.
Our goal is to make this process an enjoyable, stress-free experience for you. We want you to love the enhancements to your home – and share your experience with others who would benefit from our service.
